DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT?

Nope. Shopventory is simply pay-as-you-go after your 30-day free trial, so you'll be charged monthly and can cancel at any time.

 

HOW DOES THE FREE TRIAL WORK?

After signing up, you’ll receive an email from us to help you get started and upload your inventory. Once your inventory is in the system, you’ll have access to all the features on your selected plan. If you choose to continue your service after 30 days, you don’t have to do a thing and your credit card will be billed monthly for the plan you select. If you’d like to cancel or switch to a different plan, you can do so at any time.

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA SAFE?

Yes, always! We work with Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors, to ensure all your credit card details are encrypted and locked-up safe and sound. All other data sent to Shopventory is encrypted with 256-bit encryption. Tough stuff!

 

I HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. CAN SHOPVENTORY HELP?

Absolutely, we support unlimited locations on either Square or PayPal Here platforms. In fact, you can mix or match any of our supported integrations. Now you get insights into how all of your locations are performing in one beautiful interface. Plus you can drill down to individual locations to see detailed sales and inventory data. Compare and contrast locations at your leisure as well. We know you're gonna love it.

 

WHAT IS A TRANSACTION?

A transaction is defined as a sale processed by your integrated point of sale (POS) or e-commerce system. So making a sale (completing an order) in your store would count towards that limit. 

 

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES?

Nope. Just a set monthly (or annual) charge covers all of Shopventory!

In Shopventory, a location is simply an independent pool of inventory. Changes at one location will not affect other locations.

 

AM I PAYING PER LOCATION?

No. One charge covers all locations on your plan.

* Pricing is based on the number of locations or integrations. Each "Location" in Shopventory is a separate store of inventory. An "Integration" is an external account which can be connected to Shopventory (Point Of Sale [POS] / E-Commerce provider).  Shopventory will use whichever parameter has the highest number of entries to determine billing.
