How frequently does Thrive Inventory sync sales and inventory data with QuickBooks Online?

Manually pick and choose which Invoices and Purchase Orders sync to QuickBooks Online. Syncing is done 1-by-1 and on-demand. This means we won’t sync items over automatically, and you’ll need to tell us specifically which invoice or purchase order you want to sync over.

Then, we’ll send an invoice to QuickBooks between 2 a.m. – 4 a.m. with net payments, shipping, tax collected, transaction data, and total refunds.

Will Thrive Inventory’s QuickBooks Online integration automatically make journal entries for me in QuickBooks?

No, Thrive Inventory won’t make journal entries in QuickBooks. However, if you notice you have incorrect financial information and drill down to see that Thrive Inventory is the cause, that is likely because you have not deleted the invoice Thrive Inventory sent to QuickBooks.

Are inventory levels synced the QuickBooks Online?

While Thrive Inventory syncs product changes and sales with sales-specific integrations, it doesn’t actively sync quantities with QuickBooks Online. Only quantities (deltas or changes) related to a manually synced purchase order or invoice are pushed to QuickBooks Online.

Sales and other inventory movements aren’t synced to QuickBooks Online; only the Purchase Order or Invoice quantity is.
